Unlike many other commercial loan brokers or direct banks, we never not charge any upfront fees and our fee is about half of what other brokers charge and is only paid if, and when the loan closes. This provides a way for us to search the market for the most beneficial rates, terms, and loan options at no risk.

Using our 20-step underwriting process, our professional underwriters will underwrite your loan beyond industry standards and develop a complete and thorough loan package to be presented to a wide variety of lending institutions.
Elevation will present your completed loan package to our preferred lenders as well as our proprietary database of thousands of other lenders based on their specific lending guidelines. This unique process creates a competitive environment amongst lenders which helps encourage more favorable rates and terms for our borrowers.
We’ll schedule a call with you to review quotes and select a primary lender to engage based on the rates, terms, and options that meet your specific needs.
We will connect you directly to the lender and will work as a team with you and the lender to facilitate a fast and smooth transaction and monitor the progress every step of the way until closing.
